This course focuses on the AK-47 platform.

Topics include but are not limited to:

​

• History of the Kalashnikov Pattern of Rifles

• Variations of the design

• Fundamental Working knowledge(Operation, field strip, basic maintenance)

• Criteria of a quality rifle

• Magazine differences

• Live fire safety and operation

• Target acquisition 

• Fighting tactics and movement

• Team environment communication and cooperation

 

Requirements:

   Valid US I.D.

   AK-47, AK-74, IWI Galil

   300 rounds of ammunition

   Minimum 3 magazines

   Eye & Ear protection

   Comfortable clothing for outdoors shooting and movement

   Snacks

   Note pad for notes
